An incredibly indiscreet pervert taking photos (or video) of a girl’s underwear on a busy train was himself photographed in the act.
The image of him being incredibly unsubtle in his crime soon enough went viral on Twitter.
The photo was taken by someone at 17:04 before arriving at Kawaguchi Station on the Keihin-Tohoku Line, running between the suburbs of Tokyo.
The man seems to have a technique, given the way he leans forward with this seemingly blank and innocent facial expression, his phone just apparently stretched out like that. Perhaps, though, he should first have glanced around to check that, not just the victim, but the other passengers weren’t watching!
If he really had a fetish for panties, he should have just got some used underwear the safe and legal way.
This crime is very common in Japan, so much so that phones cannot have the camera’s “shutter” sound turned off.
